When you hear someone say ‘webinar sales training’, it immediately turns you off, but in reality it was much better than I could have ever expected. It was well run, material was good and relevant in all sales positions. I learned a lot and it reinforced some things I was already doing. I recommend it.

This was a high quality workshop. Highly interactive, high quality materials, an excellent day in almost every respect. Only one observation, offered with absolute positive intent is that it could have been an even better day if some additional thought had been given to ensuring that every role (or even better, every member) of a Value Delivery Team was in each session – our day was a little light with regard to the BDE / sales executive roles and this may have led to some of the excellent conversational activity content not being able to be fully leveraged in a team sense going forward. Great day nonetheless.

I really enjoyed the Sale Wisdom class. It helps me to work with my customers better and more effectively. The most important for me, is the attitude as the foundation of the sale approach, which really translates to “What should we do to help your business” rather than just “Sell, sell, sell”. I like the tactic to deal with emotional situations in Sale Wisdom 102. Once in a while people get angry, frustrated or just have a bad day at work. A question like “You sound frustrated, tell me what is going on…” could be the best cure for the clients from project works and personal relationship perspectives. At the end of the day, everybody wants to get things done not just for the paycheck but also wants to embrace with love, support and sympathy.
