Peter Svenneby

Managing Partner

Peter began his career in the mid-1980s as a Software Engineer.  From there he spent time in a variety of roles including marketing, product management, sales engineering, sales and sales management.   He founded Svenneby Corporation in 1998 and relaunched the company as Syntuity in 2010 with co-founder, Juergen Kuebler. His passion is the art and science of influence, persuasion and selling and working with others to help them master it.  Peter's primary focus is program development and delivery.

Juergen Kuebler

Managing Partner

Juergen has led sales teams within Fortune 500 and startup software companies for nearly 20 years, and has a strong track record of success both in Europe and in the United States.  Prior to Syntuity, he founded and led a sales enablement software company from startup to a market leadership position.  His passion is driving organizational change through alignment of personal behaviors and habits with corporate goals.  Juergen's primary focus is business development.

Heather Kramer

Manager, Operations

Heather has spent much of her career  in software engineering where she has been involved with product development in the Human Resources sector and project management.  She has a strong sense of organizational and management skills that she brings to the Syntuity team.  Heather’s primary focus is on the operational management side where she can utilize her passion for details and planning.

Jamie Boone

Partner

Jamie joined Syntuity after a 23-year career with The Coca-Cola Company where he held multiple sales, national accounts and leadership positions in the organization.  Jamie's passion lies in connecting with customers, understanding their business, and creating lasting value for them. He is involved in coaching and leadership positions in multiple youth sports organizations in the Denver area.

David Aden

Partner

David had a 22-year career with Nexteer Automotive, the former Steering Division of Delphi and originally General Motors, where he held leadership positions in engineering, manufacturing, business planning, and business line management. David holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University and has completed executive development programs at Thunderbird College.
