In truth, you would have to ask them. We have trained thousands of technical people and we conduct feedback surveys after every class. Over 95% of all technical participants who were surveyed rated the classes they took as "Very Good" or "Excellent". We think this is because we make the "customer facing" part of their job much easier and much less stressful or awkward. We also provide many practical conversational tools that they are able to use both internally and externally to sell ideas, establish commitment, probe for concerns or additional information, etc. Now that we've made a short answer long... the answer is YES!
