I really enjoyed the Sale Wisdom class. It helps me to work with my customers better and more effectively. The most important for me, is the attitude as the foundation of the sale approach, which really translates to “What should we do to help your business” rather than just “Sell, sell, sell”. I like the tactic to deal with emotional situations in Sale Wisdom 102. Once in a while people get angry, frustrated or just have a bad day at work. A question like “You sound frustrated, tell me what is going on…” could be the best cure for the clients from project works and personal relationship perspectives. At the end of the day, everybody wants to get things done not just for the paycheck but also wants to embrace with love, support and sympathy.

Your Sales Wisdom class should be mandatory for anyone who is in Sales. You focused on three of the most important aspects of sales, listening to the client, building relationships, and how to control your attitude. I was not looking to become a salesperson because of the negative stigmatism that comes along with the name. However, Sales Wisdom 101 has completely changed my perspective. I now realize that sales can be fun and rewarding, if approached in a manner that puts the client in the driver’s seat.
