I just wanted to say what a fantastic job you did at our sales retreat last Wednesday. It was one of the more productive group sessions we’ve ever had, and everyone learned a lot from it. You even floored some of our senior reps with your knowledge. Truly great job.

I have learned some new perspectives on building business relationships through Peter’s classes (Sales Wisdom 101, 102, 103). I look forward to Sales Wisdom 104. The class participation along with Peter’s explanations and examples really help you grasp and apply the teaching. The information applies both to sales and delivery roles. The teachings have been really helpful for me in working in an account team role.

The CSC AELC workshop was useful to me and very well delivered. Good mix of theory and practice, and ample opportunity for the participants to relate the content of the workshop to their own real world situations (during the workshop). Enjoyable too. Good mix all round.

Clear, interactive, interesting lesson. It left me with some thoughts on how I can improve my aproach to answering difficult questions and get the client talking. I am looking forward to the next sessions.

I’ve completed Sales Wisdom 101, 102 and 103. They deliver powerful, useful information, tools and techniques in a fresh way. The 3 hours fly by because they are very good at getting attendees to open up and share ideas and experiences through role playing. In addition to using the new concepts introduced in the 103 course we used what we learned in the previous 2 so it was a great way to review. Great courses! And what a bonus to have support for 2 months following the class. Thanks again!

WOW! The whole team sat in today and we are feeling fortunate for the experience. We are more motivated and re-energized. Your session was back to basics, non-emotional, and incredibly refreshing.

I really appreciated your session on creating a “No Excuses” Company culture. What I took away from today’s session will be really helpful in dealing with our current sales situation. Thanks again for the session.

Peter Svenneby recently designed and delivered a virtual module for our European Account Executive Leadership College. Peter did a fantastic job providing C Level Executive sales techniques training. It was well received and evaluated as extremely valuable to the cohorts. They especially enjoyed Peter’s facilitation style that lent the virtual experience to discussion and role play scenarios. Peter’s intent from the onset was to produce results through his training experiences which was evident in his preparation and delivery. The cohorts valued the personal opportunity to practice behaviors and skills that they would not typically get to do.
What is even more impressive is his use of reinforcement exercises following the training to encourage application of the skills learned. He definitely dealt well in engaging an international audience of various cultures and languages. Peter is a delight to work with and we will continue to use him as we can for other initiatives.

I have had the opportunity to use Peter’s RELATE sales techniques both as an individual sales contributor and as a vice president of sales, managing and motivating a team. The techniques are simple and non-manipulative, but most importantly they really work! Because of his background as an engineer, Peter is very effective at helping technical people get past the “stigma” of being a salesperson. Peter’s workshops are fun, energetic, and effective. Peter’s support does not end with the last training session. He is genuinely interested in the long term success of his client companies and each student.
