Sales Wisdom 101 was a very good class and Peter did a great job in presenting material and facilitating the session. I took two classes from Peter, and they were both excellent. I was impressed by the way he kept attendees engaged, despite that we were all on the phone in the late evening. His tips for keeping conversations going (and for not being intimidated by) passive-aggressive or disinterested people have proven to be valuable. Pondering multiple tactics before a meeting has also helped me formulate better questions. Strongly recommended!

The RELATE selling process has had a tremendous impact on our business. Peter Svenneby is an outstanding teacher and consultant who tailored the RELATE training to match our specific needs. We now have a common vocabulary for talking about our opportunities that enables us to make useful distinctions. Our Account Managers are more confident that they are leading a process with prospects that will deliver results. We have been able to hire sales people and a sales manager using RELATE as a framework for assessing their skills and experience. I’ve never taken a class or anything like this before, in fact sales and this job are new to me, however I felt I really learned a number of valuable things that hopefully will help me not only as I grow in sales knowledge, but just in relationships with people in general. I have to admit as I already told Peter, it was quite uncomfortable for me to be involved in the back and forth practice sessions, it was probably where I learned the most, and I’m thankful I didn’t allow my uncertainty keep me from being involved, it is the best way to learn–hands on so to speak. I truly am looking forward to the next one, and for me the one in August about cold calling in particular will no doubt be extremely helpful.
