GREAT interactive webinar and one of the best hands-on sales trainings I’ve ever attended. You start learning and putting to use their techniques within the first 15 minutes of the class – it’s truly fantastic. Syntuity is the place to come to sharpen all your sales tools and to be the best you can be, in sales.

Just finished Sales Wisdom 103. The principles are consistent with what we know works, but it builds on the processes in such a way that it improves how successful we can be. The power of the class is in how the various pieces of the overall process are separated out and studied and understood, then put back together to make a better overall set of tools. The training works because it’s built on the real-life casework we bring, and Peter’s extensive set of his own experiences- and, the role-playing ensures you have a new awareness and understand how to use the tool set.

The Sales Wisdom series should be an indispensable part of every sales organization’s basic learning and processes- it will make a lasting, positive difference.

I participated in Sales Wisdom102 training and I really appreciate the discussions and examples from real life on how to manage the discussion with the customer. The reverse psychology was good to get updated on.

I’m using the principles every day, and they work- my game is better thanks to Sales Wisdom. What’s interesting is, as you use the techniques and training, you see more and more opportunities setting up where you can use the training.

When you hear someone say ‘webinar sales training’, it immediately turns you off, but in reality it was much better than I could have ever expected. It was well run, material was good and relevant in all sales positions. I learned a lot and it reinforced some things I was already doing. I recommend it.

This class reinforced the understanding that everyone is a product of a unique environment and subjected to influences that form their personality… which in-turn is reflected in their conversations. To get a read on what makes an individual behave the way they do provides a good basis for structuring one’s approach to influence that person. I understand the idea of open, honest dialog is a positive start for getting conversations headed in what will ultimately be the pre-determined direction I have saught. Showing interest in others generally gets things started out in the right direction. (Give others ‘points’… and let them talk and build rapport!)

The class has made me step-back and contemplate more on what another person(s) may be feeling… and to then try to come up with a mutually constructive means for reaching the decision that I am hoping for.

This seminar provided valuable information. Developing Neutral Responses will help in the immediate future. The mentoring approach of the course was more pertinent than past courses. Those courses were given more as presentations.
