Well, that depends upon what we're being tasked to do.  All of our training events are tied closely to our client's key initiatives - therefore events always look different from one another.  That said, we work from a well defined framework that has proven successful in many industries and with many different types of people.  From a structural standpoint (what the actual events look like), you can categorize the events we create as having 3 general formats:

Workshops:  A series of short stand-alone interactive workshops.  Each workshop is approximately 3 hours in length.  The Series is designed to be taught over time, with at least a month between each session.  The workshops can be delivered either In-Person at a training event, or in the Virtual Classroom - a virtual webinar training platform that allows interactive work and constant live conversation with all participants.  This program is customized for a variety of sales and non-sales audiences.

Long Term Intensive:  This is a long term (typically 6 months or 1 year) intensive training, development and coaching program.  The typical structure is 2 90-minute training sessions per month, and unlimited direct coaching and mentoring between training events for every participant.  This program is designed for people whose job function is at least 50% devoted to selling.

On-Site Events:  These are the classic 1-day or multi-day on-site workshops where everyone is brought to a central location and are trained together.  We fully customize these events to fit the client need and purpose.  These can also be supporting events for sales kick-off meetings, VAR events, etc. and can be tied together (for recurring corporate meetings/events) so that each event's content builds upon and reinforces the ideas presented in previous events.
