The Syntuity Sales Wisdom 101 session is a great session for establishing a base line of core communication understanding.  For the person new to the sales environment, the Syntuity team provides a solid foundation of understanding and real world exercises that have real benefit.  To the seasoned professional, the session provides validation and a chance to hone your skills in a well constructed role play over a Web training environment...a difficult task to accomplish over the Web.  I would recommend this to sales organization to ensure that your teams have been provided the proper sales skill training to be more effective sales professionals.  The sessions would be beneficial to any organization's management teams to create a more effiective and efficient communication environment.

Just finished Sales Wisdom 104, completing the Sales Wisdom module. Just finished Sales Wisdom 103. The principles are consistent with what we know works, but it builds on the processes in such a way that it improves how successful we can be. The power of the class is in how the various pieces of the overall process are separated out and studied and understood, then put back together to make a better overall set of tools. The training works because it's built on the real-life casework we bring, and Peter's extensive set of his own experiences- and, the role-playing ensures you have a new awareness and understand how to use the tool set.
